Non-Surgical Lifting for Face, Neck & Décolletage
Ultherapy Prime uses micro-focused ultrasound with real-time visualisation to lift and sculpt the face, neck and décolletage. Energy is delivered deep beneath the skin, without disrupting its surface, to stimulate your body’s own collagen and elastin. Most clients need just one session, and results can last a year or more.
The Science Behind Ultherapy Prime
Ultherapy Prime delivers heat at three precise depths beneath the skin: 1.5 mm, 3.0 mm and 4.5 mm. This targeted heat triggers the body’s natural repair response, stimulating new collagen and elastin in the deeper, structural layers of the skin. The skin’s surface is left untouched.
The device uses two types of ultrasound. First, DeepSEE imaging lets your therapist see the layers beneath the skin in real time, so energy is placed precisely and away from blood vessels and bone. Then focused ultrasound energy is delivered at the chosen depth.
Why collagen and elastin matter: collagen gives skin strength and firmness, while elastin helps it spring back into shape. Both naturally decline with age and everyday facial movement, which leads to loose, sagging skin.
Ultherapy vs laser: lasers mainly treat the skin’s surface (around 1 mm). Ultherapy Prime reaches 1.5–4.5 mm to lift the underlying tissue, bypassing the surface, so there is usually no downtime. The two can be combined to complement each other.

Who Is Ultherapy Prime Suitable For?
Ultherapy Prime may suit you if you have mild to moderate skin laxity, such as a lowered brow, loose skin on the neck, sagging under the chin or lines on the chest. Results are gradual and refreshing rather than dramatic. It is not a replacement for a surgical facelift, but it can be an alternative for those not ready for surgery, or help maintain surgical results.
